Private Sports Party

If you want an the best sports party on the planet, you've come to the right place! 

You choose the time, date and a suitable location and we will come to you. It's that simple. We bring the equipment (including a Marquee and table for food and drink), set up the sports and entertain up to 22 party guests for up to 2 hours. 

THE PRIVATE PARTY PACKAGE Option 1 (Up to 14 kids):

The following items are included for $385.

• 2 hrs of Motiv8sports entertainment for up to 14 guests
• Hard copy Invites sent via post (if required)
• Motiv8sports gift for the birthday boy or girl
• Motiv8sports Marquee and table for food and drinks 

THE PRIVATE PARTY PACKAGE Option 2 (15 – 22 kids):

The following items are included for $495 (GST included):

• 1.5 hrs of Motiv8sports entertainment for up to 22 kids
• Hard copy Invites sent via post
• Motiv8sports HAT gift for the birthday boy or girl
• Motiv8sports Marquee and table for food and drinks if needed
• $20 each additional child (greater than 22)

Frequently asked questions:

Q: Do I need to book and pay for the park hire? 

A: Not necessarily. The Party Package does not include venue hire cost, however, booking local parks depend on the Councils requirements. We make suggestions on park options which would best suit your needs and work with you on that. The parks we suggest are usually parks which don't require bookings and don't get a lot of visitors which might cause problems setting up or having enough space to run the games. 

Q: What happens in the event of bad weather?

A: The week leading up to the party, we will be in touch with one another, watching the weather forecast closely. In the case where we would need to cancel the party (due to no other reason than bad weather) we can either reschedule to another day, or you are entitled to a full refund. An alternative is to book an indoor venue (at your additional cost) – many councils have halls next to parks which you may book so there is a Plan B in case of bad weather. 

Q: Do we need to pay in advance?

A: Yes please. We do require a $150 deposit upon booking to secure availability, and then the remaining balance the week of the party day, as we're often receiving party enquiries and will turn away any others requests which clash with your booking. 

Q: What type of sports do we play?

A: We have over 20 different sports games to choose from. Each sport is hybridised, so they have different rules and designed so that all kids (even those who aren't as sports mad as others) will get involved and have fun! You can choose 4 sports before the day which you think your kids would enjoy most. We recommend a multi sport theme, unless your son or daughter is crazy about a particular sport, we can then design the games around that one style. 

Q: Do you include water games, like the Wet'n'Wild school holiday camps? 

A: During Summer we can yes, but only if there's an available water tap nearby. If not, we're limited to 1 or 2 water based games. 

Q: Do I need to bring anything?

A: Yes please. We will have a Motiv8sports Marquee and two tables set up for you to use for food and drinks if needed, but we suggest asking guests to bring either picnic blankets or fold out chairs to sit on, as we are in parks which may not have tables available. 

Q: Can we stop for lunch during the party. 

A: We recommend having a fruit break at the one hour mark, and waiting to eat once the activities are finished. Kids running around on a stomach full of food never ends well 🙂
